Topkon Congress Services will provide airport transfer service during mentioned days. There will be three types of transfer;

 Free Shuttle transfer:
Free shuttle buses from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Congress Venue or hotels will be available on the following dates and hours.

Shuttle Transfer:
The scheduled shuttle transfers will be run during mentioned dates between airport and congress venue and hotels. Schedule can be seen at the related part of the online transfer form. The shuttle fee is € 20 per way / per person.

Private Transfer:
Private transfers will be provided upon request according to the delegate’s needs. Please choose the private transfer section at the related part of the online transfer form. The transfer team will then get in contact with you shortly. The private transfer fee is € 40 per way / per person.
***TOPKON CONGRESS SERVICES reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule of the shuttle service, if the minimum number of 5 participants for each shuttle has not been reached. Such cancellations are fully refunded.
