| ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATIONAll participants will receive a final confirmation letter upon their registrations. Please keep your final confirmation letter with you in order to show during the registration if it will be asked.
To receive a final confirmation please be sure that your accommodation registration and your proof of payment is received by Topkon Congress Services.
The applications made via e-mail or only by bank receipt alone will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.
To confirm your reservation both documents must be received.
The deadline for the hotel reservation is August 1, 2010.
** After August 1, 2010 no hotel booking can be guaranteed anymore and booking is dependent on availability of the hotels.

| Cancellation PolicyHotel payments except a processing fee of EUR 30 will be refunded provided a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services before June 1, 2010.
For the cancellations between; June 1 - August 1, 2010, full refund except one night fee will be provided. Please kindly note that no refund will be made after August 1, 2010. Changes PolicyReservation changes can be made until September 25, 2010 with a 25 EURO processing fee.
After this date no changes will be possible. |
