Registration payments will be refunded as %50 of the payment if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Travel before 1st of June, 2010.
Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 1st of June, 2010.
Important Reminder: Online registration deadline is October 1st, onsite registration will be available at the Congress Venue starting October 6th.
All registrations for the congress should be submitted online by “online registration form” .
ESID members have to pay "ESID Membership Fees" for 2010/2011 by filling out the ESID Congress Registration form online. This will be checked for the reduced ESID member registration fee.
If ESID non-members pay the ESID membership fee, they become a member of ESID for two years and can benefit from all the rights of the ESID members as reduced congress fee, subscription to the ESID newsletter, access to ESID web pages, etc.
Accompanying persons' registration fee includes passes to the welcoming reception, dinner cruise on Bosphorus, lunches and coffee breaks. During online registration(those who are younger than 30 years of age) have to mark one of the 11 workshop education groups listed in ESID Scientific and Educational days program. Each workshop education group will consist of a maximum of 30 persons.
If the selected workshop is not available, the online system will force you to make another selection. If there are any free spots left at the beginning of the meeting, participants other than juniors will be allowed to enter workshop groups. |
